Online Shop Terms and Conditions
These terms set out the rules for using the Letting Go Zen Studio online shop, purchasing digital products, educational materials, online courses and processing payments.

§1. Seller Information
The online shop is operated by Letting Go Zen Studio, 42 Leslie Road, Aberdeen AB24 4EF, Scotland, United Kingdom. The business operates as a self-employed business. Contact: lettinggozenstudio@gmail.com.
§2. Definitions
Customer means a natural or legal person making a purchase through the shop. Shop means the Letting Go Zen Studio online service. Digital Product means content delivered electronically, including e-books, PDF files, audio meditations, relaxation recordings, hypnosis recordings, online courses and training materials. Service means online or in-person sessions offered by Letting Go Zen Studio.
§3. Scope of Activity
The shop allows the purchase of digital products, educational materials, audio recordings, online courses, wellness services, hypnotherapy sessions, EFT sessions, individual consultations, bioresonance sessions and biofeedback sessions.
§4. Placing Orders
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day. The Customer is required to provide truthful information. Placing an order means accepting these Terms and Conditions. The contract is concluded once payment confirmation is received.
§5. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in GBP (£) or another currency displayed on the website. Payments are processed by the payment providers shown on the website. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, but changes do not apply to orders that have already been paid.
§6. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. Delivery takes place through a download link, email message or user account in the service. Access to the product is granted after payment has been processed.
§7. Right of Withdrawal
For digital products, the Customer agrees to the delivery of digital content beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that, after gaining access to the product, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract to the extent permitted by applicable law.
§8. Complaints
The Customer has the right to submit a complaint concerning a defective file, inability to download a product or technical errors. Complaints should be submitted electronically. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
§9. Intellectual Property
All materials available in the shop are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, publishing, reselling or sharing them with third parties without prior written consent from the copyright owner is prohibited.
§10. Limitation of Liability
Materials offered by Letting Go Zen Studio are educational, informational, relaxation-based and intended to support personal development. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical advice, psychotherapy or treatment of illness. Use of the materials is at the user's own responsibility.
§11. Sessions and Consultations
The Customer is required to provide truthful information about their health condition. Letting Go Zen Studio may refuse to provide a service if it considers the service inappropriate or potentially unsafe for the Customer. No specific therapeutic or personal development results are guaranteed.
§12. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable UK GDPR and GDPR regulations.
§13. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable in the United Kingdom. For customers from European Union countries, mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's place of residence may also apply. Disputes will first be resolved amicably.
